TRADE CUSTOMER STATUS
We require proof of professional status in order to request an online trade account with Malen Beauty Products Ltd t/a Lycon Distribution Ireland. To purchase any item at trade price online, you will need a Customer Number which is allocated after our customer approvals process. To provide you with a Customer Number, we will require the following:
- Proof of trade status e.g. certificate of qualification
- Lycon certification may be required
- When registering online, a member of our staff will contact you with some questions to confirm your trade status
By registering a trade account with Lycon you are confirming that you are qualified to use the products sold on this website. We will not accept any responsibility for any injury or damages incurred by unqualified use of our products. We reserve the right to refuse/decline orders at our sole discretion. Professional products sold to a customer account are for their sole use only and are not permitted to be sold or handed over to non account holders or other users.
Lycon reserve the right to correct pricing errors on our website. We reserve the right to increase product prices at any time without notice.
For Trade Customers: All our prices are quoted ex-VAT. VAT of 23% is added on at the checkout stage.
CANCELLATION OF TRAINING
If you wish to cancel a pre-booked training session, please email us at email@example.com However, if you wish to cancel a confirmed training session less than five business days before the class and fail to provide a qualified replacement, you will be charged the full tuition fee. Also, should you fail to appear on the day of training you will be billed for the full tuition fee.
WHERE DO WE DELIVER TO?
We deliver to all Ireland both North and South.
Free Delivery for online orders over €150 ex Vat.
Delivery charge of €7.50 ex vat for online orders less than €150 ex Vat applies.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
If you order before 12 noon it will be shipped the same day.
DPD is our delivery partner while next day delivery is usual it is not guaranteed.
MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT?
The courier service will contact you regarding your delivery. If it has taken longer than normal email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will check the status for you.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Returns will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis depending on the reason for the query with an order. Please contact us @ email@example.com for approval to return/exchange of your order.
Depending on the reason for a query with an order, we will process a return or exchange as quickly as possible. Please allow us at least 5 days from the receipt of your item(s) to process your return. Refunds may take 5 working days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card company.
GOODS MISSING OR DAMAGED ON DELIVERY
If any products are missing or have been damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery, any claims made after this time will not be processed
