Trade Customer Status
We reserve the right to ask for proof of professional status before we can activate your online trade account with Malen Beauty Products Ltd t/a Lycon Distribution Ireland. To purchase any item at trade price in-store or online, you will need a Customer Number which is available on your invoice. We will also require proof of professional status if you are purchasing any products with chemicals. To provide you with a Customer Number, we will require one of the following:
- Proof of trade status e.g. certificate of qualification
- When registering online, a member of our staff will contact you with some questions to
confirm your trade status
By registering a trade account with Lycon you are confirming that you are qualified to use the products sold on this website. We will not accept any responsibility for any injury or damages incurred by unqualified use of our products.
Lycon reserve the right to correct pricing errors on our website. We reserve the right to increase product prices at any time without notice.
For Trade Customers: All our prices are quoted ex-VAT. VAT of 23% is added on at the checkout stage.
Cancellation of Training
If you wish to cancel a pre-booked training session, please contact us on (01) 293 9002. However, if you wish to cancel a confirmed training session less than five business days before the class and fail to provide a qualified replacement, you will be charged the full tuition fee. Also, should you fail to appear on the day of training you will be billed for the full tuition fee.
Where do we deliver to?
We deliver to all Ireland both North and South.
Free Delivery for online orders over €75 ex Vat
€12 (including Vat) for online orders less than €75
Phone in orders incur a charge based on weight and location.
How long will my order take?
If you order before 12 noon it will be shipped the same day.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions orders are taking longer than normal but, in most cases, next day deliveries are still in operation.
My order has been dispatched but I haven’t received it?
The courier service will contact you regarding your delivery. If it has taken longer than normal email email@example.com and we will check the status for you.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Returns will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis depending on the reason for the query with an order. Please contact us @ firstname.lastname@example.org for approval to return/exchange of your order.
Depending on the reason for a query with an order, we will process a return or exchange as quickly as possible. Please allow us at least 5 days from the receipt of your item(s) to process your return. Refunds may take 5 working days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card company.
Goods Missing or Damaged on Delivery
If any products are missing or have been damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery, any claims made after this time will not be processed
