Trade Customer Status
We reserve the right to ask for proof of professional status before we can activate your online trade account with Lycon (Brazilia Salon Ltd). To purchase any item at trade price, either in-store or online, you will need a Customer Number, which is available on your invoice. We will also require proof of professional status if you are purchasing any products with chemicals. To provide you with a Customer Number, we will require one of the following:
- Proof of trade status e.g. certificate of qualification
- Student enrolment letter, stating dates of course
- If registering online, a member of our staff will contact you with some questions to confirm your trade status
By registering a trade account with us you are confirming that you are qualified to use the products sold on this website. We will not accept any responsibility for any injury or damages incurred by unqualified use of our products.
Lycon reserve the right to correct pricing errors on our website.
- For Trade Customers: All our prices are quoted ex-VAT. VAT of 23% is added on at the checkout stage.
Cancellation of Training
If you wish to cancel a pre-booked training session, please contact us on 012938907. However, if you wish to cancel a confirmed training session less than five business days before the class and fail to provide a qualified replacement, you will be charged the full tuition fee. Also, should you fail to appear on the day of training you will be billed for the full tuition fee.
