I don't have an account, how can I purchase your products?

Not a problem! Please fill out your details here and we will get back to you on some more information on setting up an account with us!

Are Lycon products ever tested on animals?

All Lycon products are proudly cruelty-free and never tested on animals.

Do you offer product training or tutorials?

Yes we have training locations which are located in Dublin and Cork. We offer professional training designed for fully qualified therapists. Our courses are designed to help you build confidence and deliver exceptional results with Lycon.

We also have tutorials and information on Youtube and Instagram!

How can I stay up to date with your special offers and new products?

Do you ship nationwide and how long does delivery take?

Yes, we currently deliver nationwide across Ireland ROI & NI. Orders placed before noon Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day excluding bank holidays. Delivery is usually next day though can take a little longer in peak times. DPD is our shipping partner.

What are your payment methods?

We have several payment options for orders. All orders are placed online which you can pay with debit/credit card. Apple/Google pay. If you are having any problems processing your payment online you can select the option to call us with payment details and we can take your card details over the phone. All payment methods are secure.

I can't login to my online account?

If you forget your password, click “lost your password” link on the login page. Please enter the email address that is linked to your account and you should receive an email to update your password.

Alternatively, please email us at info@lycon.ie with your account details and we can reset the password for you.

I have moved, how do I update my shipping information?

For your account security we require an email confirmation from the registered account holder to change or update any new information. Information changed online will not be updated without a confirmation email. Please email info@lycon.ie with your request along with the relevant information.

Please allow 24-48 hours for your account details to be verified and updated.

My delivery arrived but it was damaged, what should I do?

We take great care when packing orders, so we are sorry if something isn’t right.

Please take a photo of the damaged item and email info@lycon.ie within 48 hours of your delivery. Our customer service team in the office will help to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.

We are sorry your order hasn’t arrived as expected. Please email us at info@lycon.ie within 48 hours of delivery. Our customer service team in the office will work to look after your query as quickly as possible.
