Exchanges/Refunds

• We will accept returns within 28 days of delivery.
• You must provide proof of purchase to exchange/refund a product.
• Items must be in their original condition, unopened and unused.
• Products can be exchanged either for other products or a credit note by posting the item(s) back to Lycon at the address below.
• If the item is not damaged/faulty, the price of delivery will not be refunded.
• We cannot refund you the cost of returning your items.
• We will refund you within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

Returns of Furniture/Equipment

Any furniture and equipment orders that are cancelled more than 5 working days after being placed will be subject to a charge of 20% of the value of the products, plus the delivery charge. Please include a copy of your packing slip/invoice with your return.
